Dario Ventimiglia
Mr. Ventimiglia, a lawyer and professor, has spent most of his professional and academic career in Europe, working in several senior management positions at some of the largest European conglomerates, including Sofin S.p.A., Stet Internacional S.p.A, the European Investment Bank (EIB) and Telecom Italia S.p.A. where he was the President for Latin America.

He is currently the President of H. Optima Latin America S.A., a Vice President at I.B.F. Compañía Financiera S.A. and a Director at Telespazio Italia Latinoamérica S.p.A. (Gruppo Finmecanica).

Mr. Ventimiglia has closely collaborated with the renowned Professor Romano Prodi as an advocate for Italian corporate and industrial initiatives. In that capacity, he acted as advisor to the Italian Ministry of Infrastructure from 2004 to 2006, and as a member of the European Union Institute for Globalization.

Mr. Ventimiglia graduated with an honors degree from the Pontifical Catholic University in Argentina and has postgraduate degrees from the University of Roma and the London School of Economics.

Mr. Ventimiglia has published several papers and articles in specialized magazines and newspapers both in Europe and in Latin America, and is currently a guest professor at the Universidad Católica (Argentina) and the Libera Universita di Roma (Italy).
