He recently founded Spread Inversiones where he advises individual and institutional clients on the strategy, purchase and sale of derivatives. Spread Inversiones, through its subsidiary Spread Academy, is also responsible for Options and Derivatives training.

Prior to founding Spread Inversiones, Mr. Tschubarov was a senior trader at Mayoral Bursatil SC in Argentina where, among others, he was responsible for managing and providing advisory services to certain investment portfolios and structuring derivative products to hedge and capitalize on arbitrage opportunities between equity and fixed income markets. Previously, Mr. Tschubarov was a floor trader at Servante y Cia, Sociedad de Bolsa S.A. in Argentina, where he was responsible for structuring hedging products and strategies for options and other derivative securities.

From 1991 to 1999, Mr. Tschubarov was a trader at Lopez Leon Broker CIBSA, where he was responsible for trading corporate and sovereign bonds and foreign exchange. Mr. Tschubarov has a Bachelor of Business from UCES in Argentina.
