Prior to co-founding White-Bridge, Mariano served as Managing Director for Latin America Investment Banking – Energy & Resources at ABN AMRO Bank (later RBS) in Houston. He also led corporate banking in Venezuela and held regional roles across the Andean and Central American markets. Earlier in his career, he worked in Argentina at Citigroup and Arthur Andersen, where he advised during the privatization of major energy assets.

Mariano holds a degree in Business Administration and Accountancy from Universidad Católica Argentina.
